| The Maine Jeremiah Project depends upon the generosity of like minded people. The Maine Jeremiah Project will not spend money that we don't have. Even when gifts are promised, we don't obligate any funds until the check arrives. That means the final approval for all activities, events and resources must wait for funding. There are no salaries or wages paid by the Maine Jeremiah Project. Everything we do is done by volunteers. The Maine Jeremiah Project does not rent, lease or own office space.
We have regular expenses for such things as maintaining our website, Internet access, email and telephone service and postage. We sometimes pay for travel expenses to meetings and events. Other expenses involve limited research materials and the activities we sponsor such as our recent Church Leadership Conference. Because we also believe that every contributor deserves to know how money is spent, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you believe in the work we are doing and the priorities we have set, please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to the Maine Jeremiah Project soon. We are very thankful for those churches and individuals who have decided to make the Maine Jeremiah Project part of their regular giving. Your gifts are tax deductible and very much appreciated. (The Maine Jeremiah project is a 501(c) (3) corporation.) Contributions should be sent to: The Maine Jeremiah Project, PO Box 62, Plymouth, ME 04969 |
